Job Summary

The Benefits Administrator (BA) is responsible to process, coordinate and assure compliance and adherence to each client’s plan specifications. In addition, the BA may be responsible for the oversight of the implementation process for new and renewing groups, as well as the oversight and development of documentation for all new and existing clients. The documentation may include but will not be limited to: Implementation Paperwork, Administrative Service Agreements (ASAs), HIPAA Business Associate Agreements (BAAs), Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs) and Summary of Material Modifications (SMMs).  representation of the benefits as adopted by the client.
