Job Summary

The Benefits Administrator (BA) is responsible to process, coordinate and assure compliance and adherence to each client’s plan specifications. In addition, the BA may be responsible for the oversight of the implementation process for new and renewing groups, as well as the oversight and development of documentation for all new and existing clients. The
documentation may include but will not be limited to: Implementation Paperwork, Administrative Service Agreements (ASAs), HIPAA Business Associate Agreements (BAAs), Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs) and Summary of Material Modifications (SMMs). representation of the benefits as adopted by the client.

· coordinating and facilitating implementation and renewal activities to assure goals are accomplished in accordance with priorities, time and resources, using standard project management organization, tools and processes.
· utilizing multiple system tools, resources and regulatory information to ensure all plan documentation is accurate

· understanding and articulating complex systems, process and/or concepts to influence outcomes through clear and effective communication and collaboration.

· listening intently to understand, as well as, work with participating team members to resolve employer inquiries in a proactive, timely, efficient and friendly manner
· demonstrating proficiency to verbally translate written communication and problem solve with minimal supervision
· handling multiple projects and priorities
· manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while utilizing organizational/time management skills to perform all duties and job tasks accurately and efficiently
