Our state-of-the-art software provides the efficiencies required in today’s business environment to effectively meet your administrative needs and create satisfaction with your employees.  We combine our knowledge and expertise with unprecedented plan flexibility to deliver our value proposition to clientele within a wide variety of industries.

Pro-Flex Administrators takes great pride in delivering a positive customer service experience at both the employer and employee level. By incorporating three vital components into our business model; our customer service infrastructure, our state of the art technology platform and our commitment to partnerships, we can deliver world class customer service to our clients and members.

Our service model is designed to support our client groups in a fashion that is not currently matched in the marketplace. We dedicate a Client Relationship Manager as the primary contact to each of our clients to serve as a liaison for any needs that may arise. Pro-Flex appropriately staffs our Customer Service Team so that all inbound phone calls can be answered by a live Benefits Representative, with the intent of first call resolution.

Pro-Flex’s technology platform is state of the art, offering the capabilities critical to providing an efficient and streamlined process for claim submission. Furthermore, it provides the employers unprecedented access to reporting, file upload capabilities, member information and other tools necessary to facilitate the ongoing management of the plan(s). We leverage the capabilities of our software to deliver the most advanced self-service tools, including our web based employee portal as well as our smartphone mobile application, affording clients and members real time access to balance information as well as unique and efficient mediums for claim submissions beyond the Benefit Card. Pro-Flex Administrators understands the balance that is required to deliver on timely reimbursements for our participants but in a fashion that is fully compliant with all IRS guidelines regarding claim substantiation.

Finally, our commitment to our customer/partner is what truly sets us apart. We believe in timely response times, making customer inquiries a top priority and overall, supporting groups with a boutique style approach to third party administrative services.
