Job Summary

The Benefits Representative (BR) functions as an advocate for all customers and resolves all inquiries (i.e. phone, mail, fax and email.) BRs utilize system tools and resources to address and resolve inquiries; provides benefit clarification and eligibility; communicates claim and reimbursement information, facilitates proper utilization of policies and procedures, coordinates resolution to streamline processes; makes demographic changes; and educates customers on regulatory policies and procedures.
