We are currently experiencing delays in the creation of new Benny MasterCards. As a result of the recent breach at Target stores, many banks and credit card companies are reissuing credit and debit cards. This has overloaded the credit card manufacturing companies. At this time, it is taking about three weeks for a participant to receive a new card from the time it is requested.
Fortunately, direct deposit reimbursement for claims paid out of pocket is very quick. Most times if an expense is paid for with a personal credit card, you will receive the reimbursement before the credit card bill arrives. Please use the claim form found under “Plan Participant Information” and submit a claim form for any expenses that you incur before your Benny Card arrives. Alternately, you may log into your account and submit your claim online via our website’s Employee Portal, or download our Mobile App to request reimbursement.
A direct deposit enrollment form is also available under the Plan Participant Information tab, and enrolling in direct deposit will ensure a faster turn-around time.
